1Changes to these terms

Any change takes effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our service and website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Minimum age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member and use IPTV UK services.

3Acceptable use of the service

You may not, directly or indirectly, through any device, software, website, web service, or other means, rebroadcast, redistribute, relay, or transmit any content from our service.

Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4Purchases from third parties

Your transactions and any other dealings with third-party providers found on or through the service — including "click-to-purchase" programmes or similar — are solely between you and those providers.

IPTV UK assumes no responsibility for interactions, purchases, or disputes arising from such third-party transactions.

5Streaming quality

A smooth viewing experience depends on your network connection and device performance. Streaming quality may vary depending on:

• Your geographic location
• Your internet bandwidth
• The number of devices connected to the same network
• The content selected
• Your device configuration

IPTV UK cannot guarantee uninterrupted or perfect content quality in all circumstances.

⚠️ Please note that sharing your subscription may result in permanent suspension or banning of your device.

6Payments and balances used

All transactions are processed through secure payment providers. Refund conditions — including the cancellation right and its exceptions for digital services — are set out in our Refund Policy.

Once a transaction is complete and streaming has started with your express consent, your right to cancel may no longer apply, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37) for digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

7VPN and proxy use

Using a VPN or proxy server is permitted when connecting to our servers.

However, excessive abuse or suspicious network activity may result in temporary restrictions for security reasons.

8Accuracy of information

All data you submit to our database must be accurate and kept up to date.

Please keep your passwords safe. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Official IPTV UK staff will never ask you to reveal your password.

9Device compatibility

To access our services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements. Compatible devices include:

• Fire TV Stick
• Android and iOS smartphones
• Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony)
• Windows and Linux computers
• MAG Box, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox

Older or unsupported devices may not work as expected.

10Internet service and data usage

You are solely responsible for internet service fees, data usage, and any connectivity costs associated with accessing our services.

Performance may vary depending on your provider's bandwidth and network conditions.

11Account and subscription sharing

Subscription sharing is strictly prohibited. Each subscription allows only one active stream at a time.

However, by purchasing additional connections you may watch on multiple devices simultaneously.

12Purchase details

To make a purchase, follow the ordering procedures set out through our service. Pricing details, payment methods, and delivery conditions are displayed on the platform and may change without notice.

13Suspensions and downtime

You acknowledge that your access to and use of the services may be temporarily suspended due to sudden or unexpected interruptions, maintenance, or technical unavailability of any part or all of the service for any reason.

IPTV UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

14Notices and communications

All correspondence and notices under this agreement will be issued in English.

You agree that IPTV UK may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or chat for administrative, security, or support purposes.

15Intellectual property

The IPTV UK logo, trademarks, graphics, and scripts are the exclusive property of IPTV UK.

None of IPTV UK's marks may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or exploited in any way without prior written permission.

16Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including, but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Service interruption
• Reduced streaming quality
• Any commercial or personal harm

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
